"SILICONE MB-PA6 CARRIER - Javachem GT-805 is ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in PA6. Because of its particle form, it is easy to be added in the production process of high molecular materials. Ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane has better dispersion. Due to its particle form, it is suitable for directly injection molding and extrusion after mixing with the plastic particles. It can enhance the processing fluidity, decrease the torque and enhance throughput. It can also improve internal and external demoulding properties, and prevent large plastic warping and deformation. It can improve surface floating fiber and brightness of fiber products, enhance the surface gloss and smoothness, and improve scratch resistance. With low migration and no exudation, it does not affect the printing and coating properties. JavaChem GT-805 can be used with all known additives. When it is used together with fillers, it can promote filler’s dispersion."
